Believe, Achieve, Grow
Waulud Primary School
Waulud Primary School is a diverse and inclusive Primary School located in Marsh Farm. We provide high quality education to over 400 pupils from age 3 to 11. Waulud Primary School aims to remove social barriers by providing an equitable approach throughout the school to ensure that all children achieve their very best. Our Waulud values- Pride, Respect, Include, Determined and Encourage – are used to develop a strong sense of self, community and a drive to improve. Through rich learning experiences, we aim to develop children’s curiosity and thirst for new knowledge and experiences.
Working in partnership with Lumen schools has strengthened our school in many ways, specifically:
– Quality First Teaching
- Support with Curriculum design in Maths (upper KS2)
- Joint working to develop the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum
- Support from specialist Foreign Language teacher to further develop our MFL Curriculum
- Working together to support and develop wellbeing of staff
- Inspiring children with visits to drama productions
‘Pupils at Waulud Primary School are respectful, confident and resilient. Pupils are happy and safe in a warm, supportive environment’ – OFSTED March 2023
